On this page, we have gathered information relating to SEND, including our SEND Policy.
The SEND Reforms place a statutory requirement on schools from September 2014 to make information available to parents about how the school supports children and young people with SEN.
You will find a link to the SEND code of practice on this page as well as a document with information for parents about SEND at Virgo Fidelis.
Also useful is information about the Croydon Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS), which offers free and impartial information, advice and support to parents/ carers, children and young people from 0 to 25 years old with special educational needs and disabilities.

This is what Ofsted had to say in the most recent inspection:
Disabled students, those who have special educational needs, those from minority ethnic backgrounds and those who speak English as an additional language all do well, which reflects the school’s commitment to ensuring equality for all students. Students’ individual needs are identified and known well by teachers and those experiencing any difficulty have additional focused support through, for example, mentoring or small-group work.
